(Senior) Fullstack Developer (m/f/x)

About the job
This is an opportunity to join a quickly growing interdisciplinary and multicultural team of software developers, scientists and engineers. We are looking for someone who can adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and who isn’t afraid of the unknown. Together with you we will continue to create ​Kalera’s most versatile, fully automated farm control platform, based on state-of-the-art IIoT technology.
What you'll do
  • Develop scalable applications on our Kalera farm control platform, including   
    • Frontend architecture   
    • Backend website applications   
    • Databases, APIs    
  • Find the best solution for our requirements and test them in the context of MVPs (Minimum Viable Product)  
  • Support the further design of the software development environment, tool chain for cloud application development and test planning
  • Work in an agile environment  
  • Take over responsibility for a part of our software and get the change to actively shape our platform  
  • Drive innovation and bring in your own ideas to boost our projects
What you'll need
   
  • 3+ years of professional and hands-on experience in backend and frontend development with cloud technologies and micro service architectures
  • A degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or a related field would be a plus
  • Knowledge of React, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, Testing
  • Experience in GraphQL, Docker, CI/CD, IT-Security or UI/UX would be a plus
  • Convincing analytical and strategic skills with a hands-on mentality
  • The ability to juggle various stakeholders and tasks at once in an agile environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
